hey guys, i have a 07 f150 single cab with a saleen supercharger,..iam kind of new to the site and to owning a supercharged vehicle,..and i have a couple of questions,..I was wondering how much boost should a 3.00 pulley give you,..because i have one installed and iam only getting like 7 to 8 is tha about right? or no? Also when i go wot the boost gauge goes to 8 psi, then when i go to 2nd gear it falls to 7 psi is that normal or is there something wrong? thanks in advance

Does it fall to 7 psi and climb back up to 8psi at the top of 2nd?

My 2.87 shows around... I thought 3.0 pulleys were around 10psi.

Another thing you have to worry about is if your boost gauge is correct. Mine needle isn't zeroed like it should be.

Well I noticed mine would do it also, I thought it was because of belt slip...

I just added the mosaleen idler, and haven't been able to test it out yet.

No It's not the idler. I wonder if it's something on how fast 1st gear winds out.
