Default 4.6L 3v Camshaft Lash Adjusters

Can anyone please verify what Camshaft Lash Adjusters (lifters) were used in Saleen PJ 302 C.I. / Saleen H302 C.I.

I realize Saleen changed the camshafts from the Ford OEM 4.6L stock.
I am wondering what else ( if anything ) was changed as far as the valvetrain is concerned.

Thanks....Terry

P.S. - I have a 2008 Saleen H302 and need to replace an extremely noisy
Camshaft Lash Adjuster (lifter).

I believe the valve train was left unchanged from original Ford parts on all the 302 style engines apart from Camshaft and possibly springs
Even my S302E has original style lifters and rocker arms, as the hole in the rocker arm is slightly larger in the Ford Racing rocker arm part number 3L3Z6564A

Thank you Aussie-Parnelli for your reply.
I was able to find out that the valve train was left unchanged from original Ford parts on the 302 c.i. engines - apart from Camshaft and the valve springs.

So agree with you that the H302/S302 has original style lifters and rocker arms.

Saleen told me the camshafts used were/are Competition Cams # 127300 (cam grind XE261H-15.5). Which require upgraded valve springs ( 26113-24 or 26125-24 ).

So good to know and thank you for your follow up !
