X Install

Installed the X pipe today. Got the drone back that I had got rid of. All the facts point to that the X pipe should not have done this. The drone is not as bad as it was with the prior DIDO install, but it is sure there. I did pick up some throttle response.Wondering if the scavenging leaned the Supercharged mtr down. Installed the X where the factory Y pipe would have been. That's as close to the mtr. as I could put it.

I would give Mike Troyer at Troyer Performance a quick call, he really knows this truck and exhaust set-up's. He was the one that nailed an issue I had with my "Y" pipe much like you have with your "X". My fix was to swedge the section after the "Y" from 2.5" to a full 3.0" and then enter the at the full 3". Problem gone and NO drone.
