Q: Windshield Banner Placement?

I've searched all the install bulletins and can't find the install bulletin for the decals on the S331. I just purchased new decals and the windshield banner. I found the locations for the later models when I replaced my 08SC decals. Is there any document that I've missed or am I just left to just stick them close to where I think they could go? Thanks
