Center Cap options....sizes, styles and what will fit?
Ok it is new centercap time cause i dont want the exterior of my car to say SALEEN or "S" on it and be labeled a poser....
what other caps will fit the saleen wheels? I have some Cobra R ones but im not sure what they would look like and I have some 0f the pony Bullitt caps but they are to big those are the ones i want in there but they wont fit. Does anyone know if there is a smaller version of them? The 69-73s will not work. Unfortunately, the Ford Racing centers will not fit either, as they are slightly larger than the Saleen center caps. The Rs are the same size as the Ford Racing ponies, too. You can find some knock off Saleen center caps on Ebay for cheap.

I have oem saleen center caps in there and i just dont want to display the saleen name on the exterior of the car....so i need to find some sort of pony cap?

I've seen the 1999-2004 Saleen centers stuck into the various 1994-1998 Speedlines and replicas.
So, maybe a Speedline center cap, with the Speedline acrylic logo pulled off... and then have four of your own acrylic logos manufactured?

not a bad idea.....if you look close at the caps i used on the original sr500 on the website or i think in the MMFF article there is a close up of them where i got just blank alumium disk and had them engraved and then i inserted them into the SSR GT3 wheels but the saleen wheels are a different story.....i just wish i could get a pony cap to fit in there lol!!!

Still in the hunt for something different so if any ideas pop up post them here.....i just for $hets n Giggles tried the 95 R caps, the bullet caps, and a set of steeda caps and none of them fit either so back to the drawing board!
Guess it was a good thing i have several sets of caps laying around! I need to sell all this junk and get that chicane intercooler lol!
