If you were to do anything maybe the same color as your car..... You are talking about your #1004 car right?

I really like the sterling since they even matched the strip right down the super shaker intake.

The execution is great, but I don't like it. Not sure why, maybe it is the row of the vents and Shaker together, but it doesn't look right to me. Just my humble opinion.

Well the only reason it has both is that the car was already built and the owner decided on doing the shaker so they used the hood that was already painted.

That looks awesome! but im wondering what its doing for power? The Saleen mass air flow meter that is used on the Sterling and 08+ E cars is desinged to handle much more power than the stock Mustang GT one that is used with the supershaker kit. That is a limiting factor for power. Now if there is some kind of upgraded maf being used and bigger injectors then i can see this thing really pushing out some power!

I think if it was Black it would stand out way too much... I like the way the strip matches right down the middle of it.

I think Ponypinoy could go either way but I think black would also look best on his car.

I leaning toward to change my silver decals to the black Saleen decals...Plus to no painting involved (Easier) .....Still thinking about the hood (Stripe) like the PJ or full hood like Heritage?

Any suggestions will be helpful!!! I will post pics when I get Shaker installed do a little photo editing!!!

If you have the vented hood or plan to get one, the easiest stripe could be from the 2008 H302 SC. Just cut a hole for the scoop.

Stock hood, easiest method would be the PJ single or the H281 & H302 N/A full hood stripe.

If you want to go custom, talk to Red_Devil at Saleen Speedlab. Ask him who did the stripes for the red S197 shop car.

the mass air area is actually much larger on the supershaker then on the 08 E cold air(that is how saleen was able to reuse the stock sensor) so the mass air in the supershaker will actually read more volume of air than the cold air.

The mass air area on the 08 is 95mm but that doesnt matter, it has a sensor that is actually capable and designed to handle 700+ HP. The stock sensor which the supershaker uses is only designed for 300 but ive seen just barely handle 500. With a larger housing and custom tuning is the only way to do that. To make it handle any more power you have to replace it with a sensor that is actually adequate for the power level. There are slot style sensors out there and any car we add a supershaker to and wants over 500 hp at the tires we will be using a new sensor on. Some people like the maf extenders but we stay away from those.
