I don’t know if we have the assets, but do you think that this could be digitally recorded and available for members that can’t make it? I would really like to hear the stories.

Ditto !! WTF !! - Can Texas get some love ? LOL - What I wouldn't give to see a Population Density Map of the US and see where the most dense group of Saleen Owners reside in. Come on Steve it's ok to get some of the Texas Humidity every now and then

I have a event I'm putting on the next day so. i'm out... A video would be a great source of revenue for the club. Something to think about... Would be a great source for a future museum interest too...

Try living on the other coast. I can't figure out how the most restrictive state for cars gets the most car related events.

Haha. Your comment made me laugh. It does seem like an oxymoron. However: Weather? The California Dream? oh and yes, Hollywood.

The cost of living here makes all those obsolete. I could never permanently reside in this state.

It was a refection on the S7 project. A transcript of the speech may be available at a future date.

I'm confused, does SPV own the current S7 program and remaining race teams or does Steve? At open house he mentioned eventually embarking on the next gen. S8 mission!

It was a nice, intimate event with Saleen owners and enthusiasts, and special guests of Family Classic Cars. A nice reception with hors d'ouvres and refreshments followed, including an autograph session for both Saleen Mustang, Focus and S7 owners who traveled from as far away as Northern California.
I'll try to get some photos online soon, but sometimes you just have to be there. :~) SOEC Members were invited to an intimate dinner with Steve, Liz and the Grandkids afterwards in nearby historic San Juan Capistrano. The presentation was really a warmup to an event to be held on Saturday, July 9 at the Petersen Automotive Museum, where Steve will again speak on the S7. The Petersen event will be $15 and will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (more details to be announced). As Dave said, we likely will not release the video from the April 30 event, but we do plan to release a transcript or excerpts of the two events combined.

Oh, and no S7 race teams were owned by Saleen -- they often did get support from Saleen, but none were factory owned.
