Default Q: Replacement tire brand recommendation?

What kind of tires are you guys using, I need a new set.
I put nittos on my stang, but the nittos that match the size for the focus has bad reviews.

P Zero Nero on 19" H wheels for street; Nitto DR's on stretched 18" H wheels for playin' hard! nothing better than baking rubber at 70 MPH in 3rd gear!

I stopped using Pirelli after my fourth tire had a cord unravel leaving a nice little "aqua tread" running around the tread of the tire along with scoring to the inside of my fender lining (splash guard). Couldn't agree more about the Nitto tri-5's though. Excellent little street/strip tire! A lot of people dog them because they don't last long, but these are not 50K mile tires, they are meant to be sticky.

what were the original sizes, I've seen 215/40 fronts with 215/45 rears, or 215 /40s all around?? the last owner of my car put 225/45s on all four.
