Class IV Tow Package (Air Ride) Questions

Now that it seems all the fan issues have been sorted out, it is time to install the Class IV air bag kit. I was able to purchase the Saleen air bag kit but specific instructions have been very hard to come by even from the manufcature. Does anyone know specifically where the compressor was mounted when the trucks were ordered from Saleen with this option? It would also be good to know where Saleen mounted the ride hight switch and magnet as well as the compressor relay. I assume the relay & fuse holder were under the hood? Any pics would be greatly appreciated!

I ended up contacting MJ/Saleen and they sent me their internal instructions for installing this system. Very helpful!
