Default X pipe or not?

Alright you SLEENERS, now that I have my DRONE fixed I was wondering if I should go ahead and install my X pipe. The magnaflow that I took off had the X built in. Will the X make that much difference with the Supercharger. Got to make a decission soon due to upgrades. Mine is the HARLEY with the SALEEN supercharger.

No difference performance wise. Since you are using unique mufflers, I doubt anyone will be able to give you an opinion on what it will do to the sound. It SHOULD mellow it out a bit. More than likely a waste of time and effort.

Are you a member at NHTOC also?

Default 07 F-150 HD w/Saleen Supercharger

Is there anyone having a fluid leak (coolant/oil) problem at the intercooler inlet? My 07 F-150 HD has been to the Ford dealership three times for this problem. Ford changed the intercooler inlet hose on the left, but I still have a leak. Is there any informantion on servicing the Saleen supercharger for the 5.4L that shows the oil fill/drain hole?

Any help will be appreciated.

I have to ask. Of all the trucks you've owned, which is your favorite and why?

Default Harley Davidson

My 07 F-150 Harley-Davidson Saleen Supercharged SuperCrew is my forth F-Series pickup. The HD is by far my favorite, but all have made lasting impressions. I previously owned a 1975 F-100 Ranger equipped with a RHS racing 390 CID, C-6 auto. Next was a 2001 F-150 SuperCab Lariat 5.4L, then a 2005 F-150 King Ranch 4 x 4 SuperCrew. I also own a 1994 Mustang Cobra convertible, Indy 500 Pace Car, 5.0L, 5 speed as my show car and weekend cruiser.

Got a Magnaflo X-pipe on my S331. Troyer suggested that I install one when I did my true dual exhaust system. Suppose to balance out the exhaust pressure coming from the motor.
