Default Q: 2008 SC Pulley Size?

Hello. If I measure the SC pulley on my ride, the outer most diameter comes out to 3.5".

And from the speedlab.saleen site...
http://speedlab.saleen.com/store_con...roduct_id=7063

3.50" Pulley Series VI Supercharger
Part Number: 08-1607-C14539A
3.5" pulley for Saleen Series VI Supercharger, 9-10 psi of Boost.

Looks likes this is for the VI but will fit the 331 blower as well.

Does Saleen measure their pulley from the ID instead of the OD? If that's the case, I should be pushing more that 10PSI, yes? This is what I am trying to figure out.

Thanks for any input.

The stock pulley is 3.5 and makes about 4lbs of boost stock. Now what ive been told is that the 3.2 pulley will make between 6-7lbs and the 3.0 makes between 8-9 lbs. I'm not sure why, Im guessing just diffrences in the 4.6 and 5.4 blowers makes different boost levels with the same pulleys.

The S331 blower is the Series VI twin screw supercharger.

check the diam. of the truck crank pulley and the mustang crank pulley.
Im sure this is the difference. The bigger the crank pulley the more boost it will make, the smaller the S/C pulley the more boost it makes. I have the 3.20 S/C pulley on my Saleen Mustang making 12 lbs boost I think the 3.20 make 9 lbs on S 331... Shane will know hes had both, 3.20 & 3.00

I don't know if clay is on here, but I just bought a 3.2 pulley off of him and he said it will make 6-7 psi.
