Default belt slip...stock truck

Is anyone else getting belt slip on their stock S331 at WOT when the truck shifts from 1-2 or 2-3?

It will sound like a chirp or screeerchirp.

light, did you ever solve this problem ? had a similar problem, i took the belt off ck'd all pulleys they felt snug. the belt seemed to have a glaze on the top of it so i thought maybe i got so grease or oil on it at sometime, so with the truck running i sprayed it w/ alcohol&water mix squeal would disappear then come back, so i ended up replacing the belt and cleaning the pulley surfaces w/ alcohol no more noise hope that helps.

I have less than 3000 easy miles on my truck. I dont think the belt is bad. However, I will be upgrading to a belt that is .5" smaller once I install my troyer pulley. I will also be installing a "green" belt.

167.4% sure!

There is no doubt that it is the belt slipping. I had the same thing happen on my lightning.
