Default Q: How do I remove the rocker panels?

I am having a hard time removing the rocker panels to remove the fender. Anyone got a guide or some tips to remove the rocker panels?

They’re fastened with a urethane adhesive & the fasteners you can see under the car. They’ll probably be pretty difficult to get off in one piece. My only suggestion would be try to get enough space between the body & the rocker panel to get a razor knife in there to cut through the adhesive.

Tbar nailed it. Just slice the urethane out with a razor very carefully. I managed to get both of mine off without damage this way. ( Took maybe 10 minutes a side )
