air bag light

A few months ago I had a little fender bender and now the airbag light keeps comming on. When the light comes on I loose turn signals and air conditioning. Anyone with ideas on a fix please let me know. Already had to have my processor re-flashed by saleen because the dealer here screwed everything up. Said the problem was from an aftermarket chip, never had a chip in the car. 2003 S281sc
