00 saleen help

ok i recently bought the saleen series 4 supercharger for my 2000 saleen about hmm 10 weeks ago and dont have it! ne ways i hopin for 320 rear wheel hp and that just isnt gonna be enough so i was lookin for advice on pullin 500 rearwheel hp outa this car with forged internals and this blower and i need suggestions on what kind of internals and tunes and any other parts. please help me out if you can.

Well I will be honest, I don't know a lot about the Saleen blower, but from memory I think 500rwhp is going to be tough. In order to get this kind of HP out of that blower my guess is that you would need to keep the compression up. Most people like to drop compression in supercharged applications, less power, but safer. Do you already have the built short block? You could always go for a shot of nitrous and that might get you where you want. My opinion is a KB would have been better, but if you already have the Saleen unit then work with it. Call a reputable local Mustang tuner, they can def. tell you what you are working with. Good luck buddy--
