Q: Heat Exchanger Leaking? - 2004 S281 SC
My son bought this car in 2010. About 5 years ago, he hit an armadillo in TX... it dented the heat exchanger but it still worked. He passed away 4 years ago and I acquired the car from his widow for memories. Last night I changed the O2 sensors for fault codes (no issues), this morning I go out and there is a puddle of fluid on the ground and it’s dripping from the heat exchanger. Can they be repaired and if not does anyone have a recommendation for an “affordable” replacement (?), I did some research and ouch they’re expensive!
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Gary Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

You should be able to take it to a radiator repair shop and have it repaired.
