Thumbs up Saleen S7 Shines on the Big Screen in Need for Speed

Saleen S7 Supercar Showcased in Epic Race Scene

CORONA, Calif., March 13, 2014 -- Saleen Automotive, Inc. (OTCQB: SLNN), (OTCBB: SLNN) (the "Company"), an American specialty manufacturer of high performance vehicles, technical performance parts, lifestyle accessories and apparel, is pleased to announce that the release of DreamWorks Pictures' feature film, Need for Speed features the Saleen S7 Supercar prominently. Saleen also provided the high-speed camera car for photographers to use in filming and assisted in the development and build of all Supercars used in the production.

"Watching the film's premiere last week, I was elated to see our Saleen S7 Supercar used in what is assuredly one of the most enthralling race scenes I have ever seen," stated Steve Saleen, CEO, Saleen Automotive. "Seeing our car racing alongside some of the other luminaries of the Supercar world is incredible and I took specific pleasure in hearing Michael Keaton describe the Saleen's journey along the cinematic raceway."

"I strongly encourage our fans and enthusiasts to watch the film and to see our S7 in all its glory," added Saleen.

I saw the movie. It was fun. I hated to see another Saleen die on the big screen...lol Was that Roger's car? So when is the widebody Saleen build?

The exotics and supercars featured in the movie are replicas. Custom cars with a skeletal substructure and composite body.

I figured the actual race scenes the cars were replicas. I noted the odd wheels on the S7 before it went flying off the road. Too bad the Shelby HUD is not real... that looked killer.

You can always tell the movie car replicas, wheels and the wheel offsets are always wrong...
