Depends.

There are a few "holes" in Saleen Canada production vehicle recording. The general idea is 2005 through 2007 are best known. After model year 2007 Canada operation and output becomes more on an investigation.

The estimate is: Saleen Canada converted about 80 Mustangs from 2005 through 2008.

For model year 2006, they did about 28 Mustangs.

The breakdown by model for 2006 is...
  • 25 units were S281 Supercharged
  • 3 units were S281 3-valve

Thank for the info! As you said I am finding it hard to get any real concrete information on the Canadian numbers but Saleen did sent me an e-mail stating that the car is authentic. The lady Spring I spoke to said that a real letter couldn't be issued based on the lack of info from the Canadian builder.
You would think that Saleen would have had all of that info since these units are branded under their name.
I did have one guy on the Saleen Facebook page mention that from his research my car is 1 of 2 in my color.

Your vehicle is Redfire paint?

Saleen Canada was a licensed relation of sorts. It was up to Saleen Canada to report to Saleen Inc (ASC/Saleen) what they were building. Though, either Saleen Canada forgot to tally a few cars... or Saleen, Inc dropped a cars.
