I want to see how you guys fabbed this... I've been trying to figure out how i want to route my corsa sports. Did you run dumps with the stock center section attached or did you just use bigger pipes to the center and run a true center exhaust?

It looks like there is just enough room to run a 2.5" true center without having to run dumps but it might need a little engineering to get the correct angles.

I bet you would like to know, but it's a trade secret!

Ok guys, sorry about the lag on this, but we were building the car for the Fabulous Fords show and its special debut at the Saleen Open House. But here is the sound/video clip. It was taken with my iphone and I had to lay it down, so there isnt much video, but here goes.

This Saleen has a Saleen supercharger with 10psi, kooks long tube headers with cats and we customized his rear exhaust with Magnaflow Magnapacks and was able to still keep the center exhaust working. Yes, that's a hand made single Saleen center exhaust tip we make specifically for the project.

This sounds almost identical to a setup I had on a 96 Cobra. It was Mac LT's, O/R Bassani X, and Magnaflow Magnapacks. I still have friends that like to talk about how loud it was, lol.

LOL...Gray is Grey! Ill have Terry get on here and fill you guys in. We were hugely successful because the way we installed it doesnt allow for any drone. When your not on the car, its deep but subtle. Once you jump on it, hold your ear plugs...she lets you know whats up!

Grey is Grey, Jason is spot on with install and sound. When I start it there's the initial growl, but then it calms to a low deep tone, very smooth. But once I press the gas it turns into a wild breast. The sound is freakin awesome. Heads turn when I leave lights. BTW, I left a parking lot a couple of days ago. Didn't know some folks were behind me, and I push the throttle. Needless to say they both grabbed their chests. I'd also suspect they had bodily fluid leaks as well, just not sure if it was oil or transmission...lol

Jason and his folks at 281 Motorsports did an amazing job on this. If you're looking to upgrade your exhaust see him. They really know what they're doing.

I sure did, and was wondering if that is the only exhaust exit, or are there still exhaust dumps under the car?

They're running magnapacks so I bet thats the only exhaust exit. Just the way it should be.

Since the customer wanted it "correct", the Magnaflows exit most of the exhaust and the tip exits the rest, just like it was stock. But im glad you like the "hand made" one-of-a-kind exhaust tip.

The car is not too loud unless you really get on it, it is just very deep and toned with hardly any rasp.
Can you put a picture of this? I've been wanting to do that to mine since I got it...

are the Bassani "race" mufflers any good? Wanted Magnapacks but have a chance to get a set for dirt cheap. I've yet to install my Kooks LT's w/ hi flow cats, would bassanis go along with it?
