Help: PCV Inlet Tube Sucking Oil

2007 S331 Supercharged... I am currently having an issue with oil being sucked through the PCV Inlet Tube (passenger side valve cover) ... trying to determine which direction to go.

I have now pulled PCV tube on (drivers side) and see oil too.

I do not see anything on PCV Valve replacement? On the drivers side valve cover where I disconnected the hose... I assume I am looking at a PCV valve, but not sure. It looks like a brass nipple that has been pressed into the valve cover? I did not want to put pliers onto it until I completed more research.

Thoughts, advise and/or suggestions requested.
