This is from a movie trailer Barricade was in this last summer. He had to go through some graphics changes to look more like a Police car - the "to punish and enslave" banners were changed and the front fender badge was covered.

Also thought I'd share these. My father worked at a Gulf station growing up and is a huge fan of the Heritage paint. The paint doesn't always photograph well, but I think it shows well in person.

Haha. I only wish I was located in CA. Instead I'm in WV with a 5 month driving season and no real performance shops!

Its not that expensive to ship the car to us...you wouldnt be the first East Coast owner to do so!

I have owned this car for almost 1 year. It has been sitting under cover in the garage, except for driving it around the block a few times. It didn't arrive this clean nor even close to it. I finally got around to putting it through and intensive detailing. It took a week to do this car, part time, an hour to 2 hours a day, and spent all day Saturday doing the micropolishing and hand wax.

I put all cars through a 4 stage process: de-ironization and/or clay bar, compounding, scratch x (where needed), polishing, micro-polishing and hand wax.

The underside was cleaned too, all suspension and complete chassis and under the engine.

It came out extraordinary, liquid black, no swirls.

Pic when I first got her:

It's been a long road getting her to this point, but I'm pretty proud of how she's turning out (I did pretty much everything myself).

I do have the correct air dam and spats for when a professional restoration takes place, but for now she's a driver (and if rather take chances with the 86 air dam and repop spats). I still need to find the alarm, light covers, lowering springs and Hayashi's but looking for parts is my favorite part of owning an 85.
